Web-Based Security Camera System, Canine Campus

Problem
Canine Campus, a local dog daycare provider and boarding facility, wanted to build stronger relationships with their clients by allowing them to watch their pets online. In 2006, they implemented a webcam system. However, the system had issues with reception, availability, and coverage.

Canine Campus contracted Macro Connect to troubleshoot and improve their existing webcam system.

Solution
Macro Connect stepped in, assessed the environment, and provided a list of recommendations to improve the system. We installed an additional camera, updated and adjusted the existing cameras, and provided detailed troubleshooting instructions to the Canine Campus staff. Authorized users can now log on to the Canine Campus website from any internet-connected computer and view crisp, live video from the facility.
