Macro Fest 2025

Each year, we come together as a company to celebrate – our culture, the work that we do, and most importantly, fulfillment of our core values. The result is Macro Fest – a day full of food, games, and core value awards. Here’s an insider view into this year’s festivities! 

The Theme: Detroit! 

We celebrated our home, a.k.a. “the 313”, by showing out in our best Detroit gear. 

The Food: A Little Bit of Everything! 

Who doesn’t love enchiladas, fajitas, and good old chips & guac? 

The People: What Matters Most. 

We enjoyed the intersection of our work and personal lives by bringing along the people we love most – friends, family, partners (and even our favorite girl Nike!) 

Core Value Awards 

Although each Macro Connect employee exemplifies our core values, the highlight of Macro Fest is when we get the opportunity to acknowledge some of our co-workers who go above and beyond to embody them: Excellent, Honorable, Inquisitive, Relentlessly Positive, Tenacious, Meticulous, and Community Minded. Colleagues nominate each other over the course of a few weeks, and vote on who they think most deserves recognition. Join us in celebrating the ones who brought these home this year:
